Return Policy and Instructions

Didn’t get what you expected or you changed your mind? No worries, we can take care of you! Please read below for return terms and conditions.

  1. Box-up the order, package securely and include a copy of your purchase receipt.  We recommend adding tracking and insurance for the value of your order, in case of loss or damage.
  2. Ship your package to:

     3. When the order arrives, we will process it and initiate your refund.  Please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Terms and Conditions:

    All items we sell are in new and original condition. Before you wear your watch or watch band, please make sure it is what you ordered and that it is absent of any visual defects. 

    • All returns must be mailed within 30 days of receiving your order and must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of receiving your order.
    • All returned item(s) must be received in new condition, in their original packaging, along with all accessories, links, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc., and must not be modified in any way. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. Once you wear or modify the watch, it is not returnable and is solely subject to the warranty provided. 
    • Refused returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
