Our state-of-the-art Löwen International Watch Service Center houses 22 Swiss-spec watchmaker stations that include individual precision vacuums and compressed air, as well as a wide variety of the highest quality watch repair tools.  Our trained and certified watch technicians and master watchmakers repair thousands of watches each month and are skilled in repair and restoration of all brands of modern and vintage timepieces. 

We have developed great relationships with all of the major worldwide watch manufacturers and can usually obtain original parts for any repair.  In the unlikely event that the parts are no longer available, we have a wide variety of aftermarket part options. We use highest quality parts, including Swiss made Renata brand watch batteries.

It takes time to do the job right. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the Service/Repair of your watch. Repairs may take longer depending on parts availability.  All internal repair work is guaranteed for one year. Any damage to the watch resulting from normal or extreme use is not covered under the warranty. Items not covered by the warranty include the crystal, band, stem and crown, or any damage from normal, extreme, or inappropriate use.
