I have a Warranty Repair. What do I need to do?
Depending on the brand of what needing repair, there are slightly different steps. Review the below options and follow the steps for your brand of watch.

2 - Fill out your information
3 – Upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
4 - Submit payment for return shipping and handling 
5 - Print out your ticket and mail it in with your watch 

How do I get a pricing estimate on my repair?
Prices vary depending on the brand of watch being repaired and the type of repair needed.
Battery changes, including a new Gasket seal, start at $39.99.
For a full quote, please send your watch in to be evaluated by one of our certified watchmakers.  We will reach out to you via email with pricing before any work is done. 

How long will it take to repair my watch?
It takes time to do the job right. Please allow 3-5 weeks to repair your watch. Repairs may take longer depending on the availability of parts.
