I have a Warranty Repair. What do I need to do?
Depending on the brand of what needing repair, there are slightly different steps. Review the below options and follow the steps for your brand of watch.
Wenger Swiss Army

How do I get a pricing estimate on my repair?
Prices vary depending on the brand of watch being repaired and the type of repair needed.
Battery changes, including a new Gasket seal, start at $25.
For a full quote, please send your watch in to be evaluated by one of our certified watchmakers. We will reach out to you via email with pricing before any work is done.
How long will it take to repair my watch?
It takes time to do the job right. Please allow 3-5 weeks to repair your watch. Repairs may take longer depending on the availability of parts.
How can I check the status of my watch repair?
Please visit the link that was provided via email when your watch was received and evaluated at the FIXMYWATCH Precision Time Service and Repair center. If you can’t find your email, we can be reached by phone at 1-800-463-6816 or by email at WSC@fixmywatch.com.
How do I purchase a band for my Wenger watch?
At this time, original Wenger watch bands are not available for purchase from Precision Time.
