Mail-In Watch Repair
It takes time to do the job right. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the Service/Repair of your watch. Repairs may take longer depending on parts availability. All internal repair work is guaranteed for one year. Any damage to the watch resulting from normal or extreme use is not covered under the warranty. Items not covered by the warranty include the crystal, band, stem and crown, or any damage from normal, extreme, or inappropriate use.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We strongly encourage you to add shipping insurance to your package when you drop it off at the post office. The insurance amount you add should be sufficient to cover the value of your watch should it be lost or damaged in transit. Precision Time Co. is not responsible for watches lost or damaged while shipping. NOTE: Your package will not be traceable without adding insurance coverage.
For in-store repair, Precision Time offers more than 40 convenient retail locations. We provide quick and hassle-free fixes such as battery and crystal replacement and watch band resizing. After servicing your watch, we use Swiss-made pressure testing machines to simulate stress underwater and ensure your watch maintains its water resistance rating from the factory.
